What document types can I upload?

PDF, Excel (.xlsx) and Word (.docx). Scanned PDFs are processed with Claude Vision to extract text. All documents are automatically translated into Spanish if they are in another language.

Which AI model does it use?

We use Anthropic's Claude as the answering engine. Depending on your plan you can use Haiku (fast and economical), Sonnet (balanced) or Opus (highest quality). Embeddings use OpenAI text-embedding-3-small.

How do I embed the bot on my website?

Paste a JavaScript snippet into your web page. The widget appears as a floating chat customizable with your brand colors. No advanced technical knowledge required.

Can I connect Microsoft Teams?
