What does the domain include?

Every plan includes the registration or transfer of a .com, .net or .org domain at no extra cost the first year. Renewals afterwards are billed at registrar cost (Cloudflare, no markup).

Can I migrate my existing site?

Yes. Our team can migrate your site from any previous host at no cost. That covers files, databases, mail accounts and DNS configuration. The process takes under 24 hours.

How does payment work?

Payment is made annually via OnvoPay (credit/debit card). Once payment is confirmed, your hosting activates automatically and you receive your credentials by email and WhatsApp.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your customer portal. Changes apply immediately and billing is prorated.

What if I need more resources?

You can move up a plan at any time. If you need something beyond the Enterprise plan, contact us for a custom solution with dedicated resources in our datacenter.
