Lía Autonomous: the AI that builds and runs our technology.

Lía is our AI engineering and operations platform. It detects failures, diagnoses them, fixes the code, verifies the result and ships it. It is how 25 solutions and our own datacenter are maintained around the clock, with people overseeing every sensitive decision.

13,512cases handled since March 2026
12,947resolved successfully
548proposals stopped by human review
1,111code changes recorded
24/7continuous operation

How it resolves a case, end to end.

Every case follows the same path. No change reaches production without going through an isolated copy and verification, and if something fails after it ships, it is rolled back automatically.

  1. Detect

A failing task, a component that stops reporting or an audit finding opens a case on its own.

  2. Diagnose

It analyzes the cause. If the problem recovered by itself, it closes the case with the evidence.

  3. Fix in an isolated copy

The change is written away from production, where it cannot affect any user.

  4. Verify

It tests the change and reviews desktop and mobile screenshots for errors, overflow, clipped text and contrast.

  5. Ship and check live

It applies the change and tests it in production. If anything fails, it rolls it back immediately.

Autonomy with limits. Only work marked as safe or high priority moves forward on its own, with a daily cap on changes per application. Everything else waits for human review, and dangerous actions are blocked in autonomous runs.

What Lía does every day.

Three fronts of continuous work across everything we build and operate.

Engineering

Code audits with AI agents
Weekly review by specialized agents in parallel, plus detection of duplicated code across applications.
Continuous defensive pentesting
Security agents audit every application. Each finding becomes a case that requires approval.
Faster databases, based on evidence
It works read-only, prioritizes what monitoring shows as slow, and a DBA approves every proposal.
Automated visual QA
It compares every screen against its previous version so defects never reach the client.

Operations

Self-healing
If a scheduled task fails, it opens the case, diagnoses it and resolves it without waiting for a person.
Independent watch
An external watchdog checks that the platform is alive and alerts through several channels until the alert is delivered.
Continuity across two nodes
If one goes down, applications with a central database come up on the other. Where data is local, a person decides with the exact information.
Backups that are tested, not assumed
Nightly backups with a cloud copy verified daily, and weekly restore drills that measure recovery time.

Governance

Health and parity monitoring
Every component reports that it is alive, and every difference between nodes opens a case. Silent failures do not go unnoticed.
Measurable readiness toward SOC 2
It continuously measures access, vulnerability, change and backup controls. It is up-to-date evidence for an auditor, not a certification.
Everything is on record
Approvals, rollbacks and architecture decisions are documented with their rationale.

Lía also works inside every application.

Users ask in plain language for a fix, an improvement or a custom report, and Lía programs it, applies it and delivers it with its ticket.

Lía is included, in this and every one of our apps: interactive programming for the end user, plus autonomous 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of the whole platform.

The same idea, applied to the datacenter.

SGS MaxAI watches the climate of our datacenter in Costa Rica: it measures temperature and humidity, predicts how the room will behave thermally and tunes the climate on its own to protect the equipment your services run on.

150,489autonomous readings since September 2025
150,936thermal behavior predictions
42,014climate decisions made by AI

What it means for your company.

When you hire an SGS solution or custom development, this platform builds and maintains it. Bugs are fixed before you report them, changes arrive tested, and operations do not depend on someone being awake.

Frequently asked questions about Lía

Does Lía make changes without anyone reviewing them?

Only work marked as safe or high priority moves forward on its own, with a daily cap per application. Every change goes through an isolated copy and verification, and is rolled back automatically if it fails. Sensitive actions require human approval: in 7 months, automated checks and human review stopped 547 proposals before they reached production.

How many cases has it resolved?

Between March and October 2026 it handled 13,512 cases and successfully resolved 12,947: 7,017 code optimizations (technical debt paid off), 3,902 improvements, 774 bugs, 659 security, 324 features and 128 incidents.

How do I use Lía in my company?

Lía is included in all of our applications: from the app you ask it in plain language for a fix, an improvement or a report. And every custom development we do is built and maintained with Lía.

Is Lía SOC 2 certified?

No. Lía continuously measures observable controls such as access, vulnerabilities, change control and backup, as readiness toward SOC 2. Only an audit firm can issue a SOC 2 report.

What happens if a change fails in production?

Lía tests every change live as soon as it ships. If anything fails, it rolls it back immediately and the case is recorded with the evidence.
